As a project manager, Safiah decided to have a workshop with a University in Malaysia to discuss about requirements for a system. After both parties agreed on the date, the workshop has been conducted on 1st October 2016.
By March 2017, Safiah realized that her team was not performing according to her expectations as two of her five member team had been missing occasionally due to emergency leaves and sick leaves.
