and

P[|Z| $\leq$ $c$ ]= 1-(P[Z $\leq - c$ ]+ P[Z $\geq c$ ])=1-0.025-0.025=0.95

So, we need $c$ from the table of standard normal cumulative distribution such that

P[Z $\leq - c$ ]= 0.025
