I’m assuming this is an alkene, but I’m lost on a few things. (I provided the mass spec, H and C NMR, and the IR spectra for this compound in the pictures). Looking at the C-NMR what can be interpreted from the chemical shifts? And what can be interpreted from the major peaks shown on the mass spectrum? I believe the compound is cyclohexene, but am I right? And if it is drawn out how does the figure relate to the H and C spectra?
