Course Objective
In this course, students will develop the fundamental skills required to create standards-based web sites. The technologies include XHTML,
csS,and JavaScript. Students will also examine the tools necessary to setup and administer a web site.
1. Open one of the web pages you created for Web02 and styled in Web07. You can use
either one and you only need submit one of the pages (not all 3).
2. Insert a horizontal line after the title of the course using the horizontal rule element.
3. Find an image that you would like to use using your web browser, specifically Google
images labeled for reuse and modifications.
4. Create a new file in PhotoPea with resolution of 48 pixels by 48 pixels at 72 ppi
(however, PhotoPea lists it as dpi). After creating the new document, open and place the
downloaded image into your future ico file.
5. When you complete transforming the image to fit the document save the image as an ico
file by clicking on file > export as > more > ico
6. Use this image as the favicon for this web page.
7. Zip both the web document and the icon together and submit (and if needed the css file).
