Introduction:
Self care is very important for every individual in this stressful environment. It is a way to take care of yourself from everything that you are facing in your life. There are lots of self care activities that an individual could use to stressed out themselves.
Step 1:
Our brain and body both stressed out because of daily activities. Brain becomes in fight or flight situation when faced stressed. Self care should be a habit for all people. There are different pathways that help an individual keeping them stressed out. The senses are the one way that help a person to feel calm and relax in stressful situation. The smell help in breathe out your stress and inhale fresh and positive vibration.
To inhale fresh air, listen snuggling of water, hear soft music, to take the hot water shower. to takje the body massage etc.
