PF320020 DIN 02237137 Single Dose Vial: Discard unused portion. Latex Free Stopper Each vial contains: Cefazolin (as sodium) 500 mg and 24 mg sodium. Reconstitution: P CEFA ZOLIN IM.: add 2.0 mL SWFI. Provides 225 mg/mL. for Injection, USP 500 mg Shake well. L.V.: see package insert. Stable for 24 hours at 25°C and 72 hours at 2 - 8°C. Usual Adult Dosage: 250 mg to 1 g every 6 - 12 hours. Store dry powder between 15°C - 30°C. Protect from light.
