Question

_ Python _

I should complete the following code:

def last_chars(word, num_chars):
    ''' Define your function here '''

if __name__ == '__main__':
    input_str = ...
    num = ...

    ''' Type your code here. '''

**Learning Objectives**

- Create a function with required parameters and return value
- Use slicing to find a part of a string

**Instructions**

Write a function `last_chars()` that takes a string parameter `word` and an integer `num_chars`, verifies that the user provided a string and an integer, and returns the last `num_chars` characters of the string only if the string has `num_chars` or more characters in it. Do nothing if any input is incorrect. Note that 0 and negative numbers are not a valid value for `num_chars`.

**Ex:** If the parameters are:

```
last_chars('wikipedia', 3)
```

the return is:

```
'dia'.
```

**Ex:** If the parameters are:

```
last_chars('wikipedia', 21)
```

the return is:

```
None
```
