Expert Solution

Step 1-Introduction
Each chemical reaction accompanies the release or absorption of heat from the environment. If the heat transfer is observed from the system to the surroundings, then the reaction is termed as the exothermic reaction (negative enthalpy change) and can be observed by the heating of the system.
The movement of heat from the surroundings to the system is termed as endothermic reactions. This results in an increase of enthalpy of the reaction and the system experience the cooling effect. The carbocations have poor electron density and are produced by the removal of the leaving group heterolytically directly bonded to a carbon center.
