1. We know that some people are more susceptible to hypnosis than others and that people who are highly suggestible have a vivid imagination and fantasy life. This leads us to hypothesize that the ability to recall dreams will also be affected by hypnotic susceptibility (HS). Using the Stanford Scale of Hypnotic Susceptibility, we create low, medium, and high susceptibility groups by se- lecting from volunteers who took the scale. We then ask the volunteers to keep a dream diary for 1 month. At the end of the month, we collect the diaries and count the number of dreams recalled for each person:

The simple definition of probability it is a chance of the occurrence of an event. It is defined in numerical form and the probability value is between 0 to 1. The probability value 0 indicates that there is no chance of that event occurring and the probability value 1 indicates that the event will occur. Sum of the probability value must be 1. The probability value is never a negative number. If it happens, then recheck the calculation.
