Maclaurin series.

Hi, I need help to understand about the maclaurin series T_T

I need to find the first four terms of e^x -1-x/x^2

and I already did, but the thing is, I'm stuck when I have to do f(0), f'(0),f"(0) and so on. As attached in the picture, how am I supposed to get 1/2 when f(x)=e^x -1-x/x^2 where x=0, wouldn't it be 0?????
