Instructions:
1. Design a time management
projected daily activities like school work, household work, other chores etc. for the next 30
days. Place the matrix in 8.5” by 13” bond paper. The matrix must be colorful to distinguish
the areas and sub areas (important, less important, urgent, less urgent / do, plan, delegate,
and drop)
2. Activities that are to be plotted in the matrix shall not be less than ten (10) in each box.
3. Write a reflection paper about time management. The Eisenhower Matrix shall form part of
the discussion of the reflection paper.
