Figure 2.1 Acquisition Application Deck Report Chart 2.2 Acquisition Application Deck Report Timeline Data Analysis Figure 1.1 displays the data collected from the week of February 1-5, 2023 while studying deck 1 of the SAFMEDS for ABA 620. Acquisition accel data over the week is presented with an upward trend, however, this is present with low variability. Acquisition decel data is present with a decreasing trend but at a low level. Based on the graph, the student is NOT projected to meet AIM by the end of the deck, as the acquisition accel had the last score of 6. Figure 2 above displays the acquisition application deck report from Central Reach for deck 1. The data displayed shows no variability in the total correct cards and low variability in the incorrect number of cards.
Student Approach and Adjustments Antecedent My current study plan has shown to be somewhat effective while studying for deck 1 over the first week of class. I had set a weekly goal of 14 accel within deck 1 and decel of 2. My current reinforcement procedures for successfully completing all studies for SAFMEDS include being able to watch an hour of Netflix. If I am able to meet my weekly acel goal by Saturday night I will treat myself to a cup of boba milk tea or order takeout from my favorite restaurant. Other antecedent procedures include an extra hour of studying Sunday afternoon. Additional procedures will include using a whiteboard and dry-erase marker to physically write down all the terms. Behavior On day 1, I ran a 30-second timing and transferred the data over to Precision X to be graphed. On days 2-4, I also ran a 30-second timing, whilst shuffling the deck and thus entering the best data point onto Precision X. For this week only, this was done a minimum of 4 days. Consequence The last timing that was conducted was immediately transferred over to Precision X to be graphed. Upon looking at the data and evaluating whether the AIM will be met, I am projected to not likely meet the AIM. Though the acquisition accel data had low variability, the accel score for the week was a 6. A new adjusted proposal is mentioned next. An additional 20 minutes of studying will be implemented for the decel cards Adjustments I will create my own physical flashcard so that I can work under my own timing and not feel anxious with the 30 second timer.
