After completing the reading of Week 1 and watching the Biblical Worldview presentation it shows that it’s okay to add God in schools. Many parents may not agree about adding God within the school due to different religions. But the Bible does speak about our children in many scriptures that may be implemented to honor God in the public schools. As educators we call on God daily to answer simple request that may be needed by the teacher. I have always wanted to encourage bringing God into the school system because where would we be without Him. We don’t have to teach about God but having moments of silence for whatever that may be happening to give respect to those families. I have learned
with different religions to not focus any type of Christianity on them. They can be excuses or set aside to
respect and honor their religion.

In general, courts give the least amount of First Amendment protection to elementary school teachers because the education is compulsory and instructive in basic knowledge. While high school students are more capable of handling critical thinking, elementary school students are not. (Gateway.com) As a teacher elementary school teacher, I would not focus it into my daily lesson. As they are still, they are learning about God but its from a home base learning from their parents. This was my calling at an early stage I’ve saw that God put me where He saw fit. God works in mysterious ways in and out of the school system. As teachers we can implement God in the school systems as long as it is respectful to everyone’s
relationship with God and is handled with care inside the classrooms.
