Worldview is described as a conception or feeling of the universe. First being used in Germany around 1845-1850, it takes on a meaning greater than the definition. The way people see certain subjects comes from how they grew up and the culture they came from. For example, a child grows up believing in a certain subject and having an opinion based on that belief because their parents’ have taught them to believe, along with the culture they grew up in. Just like people, all worldviews are different, and no matter how hard you try, not one is the same. The Question of Origin-
In the first chapter of Genesis, God creates the entire universe in just seven days, all of humanity and nature included. From verses 1-19 God creates the world, from the bright sky to the smallest blade of grass. The creation of humanity continues in verses 26-31. Humanity came into existence by God making humans in His image, making man from dust and woman from the
rib of a man. God is the creator of the universe and all things contained within. The Question of Identity-
Humans are made in the image of God. Our one purpose in life is to serve our creator. Colossians chapter three talks about living in the life of Christ, since we were made by Him. Verse 10 mentions a “new self” being put on, stronger and wiser with the knowledge in Christ. He is our King, we were made to rule over all the land, seas, nature, and animals. Genesis 1: 29 -
30 goes over our creation, it also shows God telling Adam and Eve that they were to multiply and rule over all the lands, putting us in charge of his new creations.

The Question of Meaning/Purpose-
Serving our creator and following His commands is the only purpose we, as humans, have creations of Christ. God created us like Him, to live like Him, and follow His will for us. Chapter
3 of Colossians, verse 23, tells humans to work for the Lord, putting in all effort, not relying on human masters, but our true Master, Jesus Chrsit. In Genesis 1:28, God tells Adam and Eve to create the population, multiplying and being fruitful. He commanded that of all humans, so more and more people can worship and glorify Him, the creator of all. The Question of Morality-
The age of reasoning is reached around seven years old, for a normal child. This is the age when a child should be able to determine between right and wrong, without the help of an adult. James 4:17 does not give us an age though, stating “anyone” choosing to do bad, knowing the difference is wrong and sinning. God shows us what is good and right. He expects us to always do the right thing because it shows unbelievers the strength we, as Christians, have. Micah 6:8 says just that, we are to “act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly”. He shows us the difference between right and wrong, we just have to follow His path.
The Question of Destiny-
Everyone’s life on earth will eventually end. Everyone dies, but what happens after? 2nd Corinthians 5:1 talks about our earthly “tent” or our bodies, and our heavenly “house”, which is not made by human hands. Our earthly tent will eventually fail, meaning our bodies will die, but our souls go to God, if we are saved, and we gain our heavenly houses, built by God. 1st

Corinthians 15: 51-55 mentions the dead being raised up and changed from their “perishable” bodies and changed to “imperishable” giving them the eternal life they have in Jesus. We all die and we all must choose the right or wrong path. Choosing Jesus gives you access to your heavenly house, it is waiting for you, and so is Jesus
