In this exercise, we will investigate different kinds of conservation organizations, and learn about how they try to save wildlife or conserve
biodiversity.
Discuss what you think of when you think of a “traditional” conservation NGO.

“radical” conservation group?
Please research at least
5 conservation organizations in each Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) category.
In your own words, describe
generally what they do (do not copy their website) and fill in the table above.
Which conservation organizations would you be interested in
supporting and why?
Comment on how effective you think the group is at accomplishing its stated conservation goal.
Then look for 3-4 each of federal, state, and local conservation initiatives (any state or municipality), and describe generally what they do.

many you can find at the global/international level, and what types of projects are sponsored.
