Define the demarcation problem.
The demarcation problem, also known as the boundary problem in
philosophy is defined as the “how” and “where” to draw the lines around
science. The boundaries are labeled between science and pseudoscience.

Thomas Kuhn’s idea of paradigm shifts says it’s is a fundamental
change in the basic
concepts and experimental practices of a
disciplined. When present theories fail to explain a phenomenon and
someone suggests a new explanation, science has a paradigm that
remains constant.
