To use Prisma systematic review Title: Pulmonary Rehabilitation for COPD: Improving Breathing, Quality of Life and Overall, Health Background: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a common and progressive lung disease affecting millions worldwide. Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a comprehensive program that helps patients with COPD improve their physical, emotional and social well-being and enhance their daily functioning. Objective: To explore the effectiveness of pulmonary rehabilitation in improving lung function, exercise capacity, and quality of life and reducing hospital admissions in patients with COPD. Methods: A comprehensive review of relevant studies published between 2010 and 2021 was conducted. Studies were identified using electronic databases such as PubMed, Cinahl and Google Scholar.
