1 Personal Education Plan Karapet Demirchyan West Coast University Dr. Kristen McGregor NURS 110 Introduction to Professional Nursing February 2, 2023
2 Personal Education Plan I intend to make the above timetable my priority and work toward its execution during the course of this semester. I need to adapt to the varying demands of each week's coursework if I hope to succeed academically. I know that I must learn how to manage my time better as there is a lot more work in nursing core than in other courses. I made sure to plan enough time for studying and work but it is also important that I plan time for myself so that my mental health stays intact during nursing classes because if I am not doing well mentally, then my grades will suffer. It is very important to be able to manage your time and create a plan for each day and learning how to properly manage your time can lead you to be more successful in not only school but also your professional life (Nayak, 2019). This method not only allows you to complete tasks efficiently, relieving stress later on, but also teaches you to be more self- disciplined and enhances the quality of your work. When you learn how to manage your time
3 better you will be overall, less stressed which can cause you to make decisions quicker and more accurately. Even though staying on schedule can be hard, it is highly important and I am going to try my absolute best to get all my work done so that I am not constantly stressed out and so that I can focus on becoming a good nurse.
