Integumentary is the largest organ of the body that forms a physical barrier between the external environment and the internal environment that it serves to protect and maintain. The integumentary system includes the epidermis, dermis, hypodermis, associated glands, hair, and nails (Kim, 2023). 3. Erythematous Macules A macule (flat, distinct, discolored area of skin less than 1 cm wide that does not involve any change in the thickness or texture of the skin) with a red or reddish color often associated with inflammation or irritation (Erythematous Macule (Concept Id: C2228270) - MedGen - NCBI, n.d.). 4. Actinic Keratosis is a rough, scaly patch or bump on the skin. It’s also known as solar keratosis. Actinic keratoses are very common, and many people have them (Actinic Keratosis (a Precancerous Condition), 2023). 5. Right Ulnar is one of the bones in your forearm. It helps you move your arm, wrist, and hand (Professional, n.d.-b). 13. This is the use of two hands together to grasp and manipulate objects (Bilateral Hand Use, 2022). 14. Bilateral Upper Extremities is another stroke motor rehabilitation strategy in which the subjects are required to perform motor tasks with both upper limbs (Professional, n.d.-b). 15.
