2.
Integumentary
is the largest organ of the body that
forms a physical barrier between the
external environment and the internal

and maintain. The integumentary
system includes the epidermis, dermis,

3.
Erythematous Macules
A macule (flat, distinct, discolored area
of skin less than 1 cm wide that does
not involve any change in the
thickness or texture of the skin) with a
red or reddish color often associated
with inflammation or irritation
(Erythematous Macule (Concept Id:
C2228270) - MedGen - NCBI, n.d.).
4.
Actinic Keratosis
is a rough, scaly patch or bump on the
skin. It’s also known as solar keratosis.
Actinic keratoses are very common,
and many people have them (Actinic
Keratosis (a Precancerous Condition),
2023).
5.
Linear Excoriation
A skin abrasion that is usually
superficial and due to scratching of the
skin. Excoriations may be linear or
focal (Linton, 2011).
6.
Fissuring
a break or slit in tissue usually at the
junction of skin (“Fissure,” 2023).

position with arms hanging at the sides
of the body, palms facing forward)
between the thumb and the elbow
(Emt-P, 2023).
12.
Right Ulnar

helps you move your arm, wrist, and
