Rationale
Having procedures inform the students of what they need to do and how to be done throughout the school day. If the teacher is efficient and gives effective procedures and expectations, students will know what needs to be done (Alber, 2017). Procedures maximize instructional time because when the
students are already aware of what needs to be done, the teacher does not have to stop doing every transition to give them instructions. Also, if the students are following the procedures, the teacher does not have to stop and address behavior concerns frequently. With the elimination of these two things, classroom instruction time is maximized. If these procedures and alright are given ineffectively, classroom distractions should be minimal.
Part 2: Rules:
1) Follow the procedures of the classroom.
2) Always show respect to peers, teachers, substitutes, and administration. 3)Always come prepared to learn.
4) Bullying and profanity are never allowed.
5) Used appropriate voices at appropriate times.
Consequences:
1) Reminders of appropriate behavior by a verbal warning.
2) Meeting with the Teacher.
3)Referral or written warning.
4)Phone call home.
5) Send to the principal.
Documenting Consequences:
When a referral must be written, it will be done electronically, dated, and documented for the other consequences. It will have any behavior information needed during the call to the parents during the visit to the principal’s office. It will also have documentation and signatures of the conversations held with the students during the meeting with the teacher. Everything will be noted in a behavior management file. Having the opportunity to reference the notes and marks regarding student behavior every day puts trust and confidence in your ability as a teacher.

Reward System
1.
Students will earn up to 7 minutes a day on Fun Friday for choice activities. This will be documented by using a chart that will be marked daily. 2.
Students will earn red tickets that will be put in the jar for a drawing on Monday.
3.
Students will be rewarded a classroom lunch with the teacher if they have less than two classroom written referrals. This will be electronically documented.
Rationale
Rewards can be very effective at changing the behavior and decision-making of the students and can be effective when the value is high (Cheng, n.d). It is good to have a reward system that includes individual rewards and wards earned as a whole classroom. The reward system that I have chosen will help create a positive and productive learning environment because the students can receive a positive reward. Individually, they can earn tickets in different ways than just getting their work completed. Having a classroom also allows the students to support and encourage their peers to follow the procedures
and earn the classroom goals.

Q1- Answer with true or false and rewrite the false statements completely in
correct form, otherwise no mark will be put on the false statements.
1
2
To represent a location on earth surface you need to define its altitude and longitude
angles.
3
Solar zenith and solar incidence angles have the same value for horizontal surface.
At sunset time the value of solar altitude angle is maximum.
4
The angle which represents the inclination of a given surface is the zenith angle

8
When the absolute value of sun-wall azimuth angle exceeds 90' this means that the sun

The solar irradiance and the solar irradiation have the same physical meaning.
In the case of clear sky weather, the beam solar irradiation on a horizontal surface is less
than the diffused irradiation.
The total solar radiation received by a tilted surface is the same as that…

Case Study: Paula’s Pain
Paula has worked for Brindle Corporation for 3 years. During this time, she has worked as a machine operator/cell leader in various work cells. Recently, the plant went to mandatory 12-hour shifts and plans to remain on this schedule for several months.
Paula’s present work cell is manufacturing 3-inch diameter exhaust tubes that are made from stainless steel. These tubes get a hole punched in them, a flange welded on, and burrs ground off. The pipe then gets placed into a gage to check that it was made correctly. (The tubes weigh about six pounds.)
Paula has been performing the welding operation. She leans into the machine and loads the part into a fixture then positions the flange. Both pieces are clamped (using hand clamps) into position and the machine is cycled by depressing two palm buttons.
The gaging operation requires placing the finished part into the gage and clamping it (using hand clamps) into place. A pin is depressed to verify the position…

I need these three parts answered (Multiple Choice). If you can not answer all three parts please leave it for another tutor to answer. Thank you.
Except for Section B-B, what other type of section view is used on the main views? (Multiple Choice)a. Invertedb. Broken outc. Hiddend. Inclined
Why is the total width not given in the front view (central on drawing)? (Multiple Choice)a. There is a flat end on the left and the critical dimension is from the left edge to the center of the hole.b. There is a slot on the face and the critical dimension is from the right edge to the center of the slot.c. There is a rounded end on the left and the critical dimension is from the right edge to the center of the hole.
List the overall height, width, and depth of this part. Some calculation may be necessary. (Multiple Choice)a. 2.844W × 3.000H × .645Db. 1.00W × 2.000H × .985Dc. 1.690W × 3.000H × .935Dd. 1.844W × 3.000H × .935D

NOTE: Read the instructions, no where does it say any drawing is required. It is really frustrating when I wait all this time for an answer to a question and some tutor does even read the instructions and just declines it...its ridicilous.

The flask will be filled with water (at a constant rate of 500 gallons per minute).
It will take me exactly 10 minutes to escape from the chains.
The diameter of the tank at 1 foot intervals.
I am 5 feet 9 inches tall, and I'm pretty skinny so that you can ignore both my volume and the volume of the stool in your analysis.
A gallon is equal to 0.13368 cubic feet.
You can think of the volume and the height of the water as functions of time. You can easily find an expression for V (t), and then use your expression for volume in terms of height to solve for h(t).
after 10 minutes amount of water in the tank=66.84 ft3
t=69.3 minutes
h(t)=e66.84t/100? -1
h(10)=e66.84(10)/100? -1=7.39 ft
Height of stool=1.64 ft
Height of water in the tank=7.39 ft

I need parts 1, 2, and 3 answered pertaining to the print provided.
NOTE: If you refuse to answers all 3 parts and insist on wasting my question, then just leave it for someone else to answer. I've never had an issue until recently one single tutor just refuses to even read the instructions of the question and just denies it for a false reasons or drags on 1 part into multiple parts for no reason.

Question 3
You are working on a design team at a small orthopaedic firm. Your team is starting to work on a lower limb
(foot-ankle) prosthesis for individuals who have undergone foot amputation (bone resection at the distal tibia). You remember hearing
about "osseointegration" in an exciting orthopaedic engineering class you attended at Clemson, so you plan to attach the foot
prosthesis using a solid metal rod inserted into the distal tibia. You think stainless steel or titanium alloy might be a useful rod material.
You decide to begin this problem by identifying typical tibial bone anatomy and mechanical behavior (as provided in the tables and
image below). You assume the tibial bone can be modeled as a hollow cylinder of cortical bone, as represented in the image. You
anticipate the length of the rod will be 1/2 the length of the tibia.
Q3G: Critical Thinking: What would you propose to your team as the next step in this analysis? Is it reasonable to assume the rod
will experience the…

You are an engineer working on a project and your prototype has failed prematurely. You question whether or not a key component of the prototype was manufactured with the correct material. There are two way to check for the material properties. The first way is to have a material certification done to confirm the exact material composition. This will take some time. The second method to confirm the material properties is to make an ASTM test sample and test for the material properties. This tensile test was completed on a test sample with an initial diameter of .501” and an initial length of 2”. The Load-Deflection data for this tensile test is below. Use this data to answer the first set of questions on the Final Exam in eLearning. A. Determine the Ultimate Tensile Strength B. Determine the 0.2% Offset Yield Strength C. Determine the value of the Proportional Limit D. Determine the Modulus of Elasticity E. Determine the Strain at Yield F. Calculate %…
