Using Assessment Data to Plan
1.
Physical Development
a.
Goal for the child: The goal for the child is to strengthen her physical development in gross motor. b.
Rationale for that goal: The rationale for this goal is because this is one the child’s areas of needs. c.
Strategies to promote learning to meet the goal: Child will practice balancing, and body control, along with playing a game of “Simon Says.” d.
Resources needed to implement the strategies: A line of tape across the floor acting as
a balance beam. 2.
Social Development
a.
Goal for the child: The goal for the child is to continue enhancing her social development.
b.
Rationale for that goal: The rationale for this goal is because having skills to communicate and resolving conflict is never a bad quality to have. c.
Strategies to promote learning to meet the goal: Child might want to play a starring game, this promotes eye contact, and also making a card for a friend or loved one.
d.
Resources needed to implement the strategies: Any kind of paper, markers, crayons, stickers, colored pencils. 3.
Emotional Development
a.
Goal for the child: The goal for the child is to continue enhancing her emotional development. b.
Rationale for that goal: The rationale for this goal is for children to be aware of their feelings and know that it is OK to feel sad, angry, or upset or feel anything they might
feel.
c.
Strategies to promote learning to meet the goal: Child could read a story with an adult
that could be sad or upsetting and then the adult could explain how it is ok to be sad. Or to read a book where the character in the story feels sad. d.
Resources needed to implement the strategies: The resources needed, could be a few books that show and or speak about feeling different ways. 4.
Speech/ Language Development
a.
Goal for the child: The goal for the child is to continue enhancing her speech and language development. b.
Rationale for that goal: The rationale for the goal is that it will help her in the future be a good writer, reader and speaker. c.
Strategies to promote learning to meet the goal: A very simple strategy that I have come to realize that goes a long way is simply just talking to the child, engaging in conversations and asking open ended questions. d.
Resources needed to implement the strategies: The only resource needed is you speaking. 5.
Cognitive Development
a.
Goal for the child: The goal for the child is to continue enhancing her cognitive development.
b.
Rationale for that goal: The rationale for this goal is because having problem solving skills and thought process skills are also great skills to have. c.
Strategies to promote learning to meet the goal: You can place toys in sight, but somewhere it is a bit difficult to reach, and the child must develop a strategy to grab it, also solving a puzzle too. d.
Resources needed to implement the strategies: A few toys such as dolls, and a princess puzzle. Summary
First and foremost, of all EEC classes that I have taken, this has been one that has taught me the most. I really have enjoyed learning of the inner workings of the child I have chosen for the semester. I have learned in depth and in detail how to really use each, and every single authentic and standardized assessment presented to me in this class. I believe the one that I
have mastered best is the anecdotal records. I truly enjoyed observing my child and writing the anecdotal. Lastly, using portfolios to work with young children is what will be best. I will be fully equipped to sit down and understand my future students to the fullest. My portfolio is what is going to help me by guiding me in which assessment and observation I should use for certain aspects. In conclusion, I thank you, Professor, for an excellent semester and for showing me my true potential in this field of work, and also for being detail oriented in all the right aspects.

Learning Goal:
To describe the shape and behavior of cables that are subjected to concentrated and
distributed loads.
Part A
Structures often use flexible cables to support members and to transmit loads between
structural members. Because a cable's weight is often significantly smaller than the
load it supports, a cable's weight is considered negligible and, therefore, not used in
the analysis.
In this tutorial, cables are assumed to be perfectly flexible and inextensible. Thus, once
the load is applied the geometry of the cable remains fixed and the cable segment can
be treated as a rigid body.
Cables of negligible weight support the loading shown. (Figure 1) If W, = 85.0 N , W, = 510 N, YB = 1.40 m, yc = 2.80 m, yp = 0.700 m, and zc = 0.850 m, find zg.
Express your answer numerically in meters to three significant figures.

Learning Goal:
To develop the ability to break a frame or machine down
into subsystems and to determine the forces developed
at internal pin connections.
Frames and machines are systems of pin-connected,
multiforce members. Frames are designed to support
loads, whereas machines are designed to transmit or
alter the effects of loads. For a frame or machine to be in
equilibrium, each member of the frame or machine
system must be in equilibrium. Free-body diagrams of the
overall system, as well as individual members, groups of
members, and subsystems, must be drawn.

Analysis and Interpretation of vertical Ground Reaction Forces. In this study, a volunteer was asked to walk on two force platforms under two different conditions. Condition 1- Normal Walk (NW), condition 2 - walking over an obstacle (ObsW). The right limb was the one to step on platform 1 in both conditions. The force platforms were used to measure the vertical ground reaction forces on the right limb. Data was collected on Vicon (Nexus) software and the attached graphs ( mean NW/ObsW, Mean (+-)1SD NW/ObsW) were created. Analyse ,Interpret the graphs and make a conclusion of the result attached.

As an engineer responsible for monitoring works in the area of mechanical systems, you must evaluate the following situation: a large client in the retail area has a refrigeration system where it stores some chilled or frozen products to be sold on the sales floor.Recently, the customer's maintenance department has been questioning the system's performance and requested an evaluation of the system's behavior. You went to the location and requested some information from the maintenance manager about the system, who provided the following data: - The system operates with R-134a refrigerant;- The refrigerated environment is maintained at 0°C and the external environment at 26°C;- The refrigerant flow rate in the system is 0.08 kg/s; In addition to the data provided, you carried out some tests and measured the temperature of the refrigerant fluid at some specific points in the system, such as the compressor inlet and condenser outlet, finding values of 0°C and 26°C respectively.…

Learning outcome Fundamental.6 evaluation
Fundamental.6 deals with the equation of motion. The use of the equation of motion to solve this problem is mandatory. Solution using other approaches
(conservation of energy ...) will be considered as false.
For the problem related to Fundamental.6 sketches of the system showing:
the respective velocity and acceleration and the frame of reference considered
the forces acting on the system of considered, in other words, a free body diagram (FBD)
are mandatory. Their absences will automatically make the problem false.
