2 Critical Analysis on Basic Mechanical Ventilation Main Theme of ABCDEF Bundle The author seeks to evaluate the relationship between the ABCDEF bundle's performance and the results of patients admitted to the intensive care clinic (Pun et al., 2019). The author discusses the importance of adopting the ABCDEF methodology when caring for critically ill patients instead of immobilization, isolation and sedatives. He advocates for this method because it is effective as it enhances patient recovery and decreases pathogenesis (Pun et al., 2019). The technique helps the patients and family members as they can be allowed in during the intensive care unit hospitalization duration (Pun et al., 2019). Opinion of the Outcomes and Overall Methods Used ABCDEF approach involves seven steps in the management of critically ill patients; the steps are A ssessing, preventing and managing significant aches; Both impulsive arising and breathing attempts: practical C hoice of Numbing and Sedatives; D elirium evaluation, prevention and control; E arly Movement and Exercising; F amily empowerment by engaging them in the treatment process where they offer physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and improve communications (Marra et al., 2017). The methodology aims to help every patient logically, early identification of life- threatening conditions, and fixation of the most crucial interventions before proceeding with treatments. The process is effective as it results in fast patient stabilization (Marra et al., 2017). The methodology adopted in the use of ABCDEF is collaborative, enhancing information gathering. The method involves the relation of pain assessments, family engagements and the outcomes.
3 The use of essential ventilation shows meaningful signs of progress in patient-centred outcomes (Marra et al., 2017). The ABCDEF bundle's significant improvements are; decreased pain, unconsciousness and disorientation, limited free care, ICU readmission and inpatient discharge and distress leading to increased survival chances. ABCDEF Findings and Overall Practice of Respiratory Care The finding of the ABCDEF method has led to effective respiratory care of terminally ill patients. This is because the technique aims at first managing the patient before proceeding to treat the disease condition (Mart, Brummel & Ely 2019). Further, it increases patient stability within a short time reducing chances of progressing to the prognosis stage (Mart, Brummel & Ely 2019). The findings will enhance rapid management of acutely ill patients by promptly accessing their history like checking for any preexisting signs and symptoms, allergies, medications, prior medical history, last oral intakes and events that resulted in difficulties in breathing (Mart, Brummel & Ely 2019). ABCDEF findings will give new insights into respiratory care practice as it emphasizes the role and importance of family members in the recovery process of a patient (Mart, Brummel & Ely 2019). This is because they provide the patients with physical warmness and emotional and spiritual satisfaction, which can rarely come from the medics (Mart, Brummel & Ely 2019). Further, the importance of medical therapy is emphasized. The medical therapist assists the patients in going through the process while under hospital care and even follow up after discharge from the hospital (Mart, Brummel & Ely 2019). The therapist also assists the family members by reassuring them of their patient recovery and in case of death how to go through the loss and grieving process.

4 The findings will also lead to decreased use of sedatives, immobilization and social isolation in the care of respiratory cases. The methods have not proven effective and negatively affect the patients' outcomes. As suggested by the findings, adopting more effective strategies will replace the above techniques. Generally, the findings will reduce deaths resulting from respiratory problems.
