Observe Patterns
X represents the listing price of a property and Y represents the square feet. I believe the square feet is useful for making predictions because a pattern can be seen, the properties larger in
square feet are worth more money. Yes, the larger a property is in square feet, the bigger the listing price is.
With this scatterplot, I see a linear shape. I don’t see any outliers in my scatterplot.
