When I’m at work I always ask my boss to give me feedback on what I need to work on its criticism but with growth and who don’t want to move up the ladder. Some people you can’t tell them anything because they already feel like they know everything but in reality, no one knows everything! When receiving feedback, the best way to improve how you receive feedback is to get weekly feedback good and bad, so you know what you’re excelling at and what you need to work on.]
