The downfall of the focus groups would be something called observer interference. It’s when whoever is involved in the focus group is conscious to know they are in a focus group/experiment. Causing their answers and opinions to be swayed.

They are also there to guide the discussion and to see and watch how their answer can be influenced. Those are the roles of facilitators/Moderators in a focus group.

The kinds of questions or prompts typically asked in a focus group would be things like sharing your opinion on a certain product. Or how does one feel about an advertisement in an emotional way or even asked to participate in an imaginative scenario? Which is necessary in order to reveal important information about a participant's feelings.

Some of the benefits and disadvantages for consumers and communities of dockless bike-sharing would be the breaching of the terms of service. As in, people strip and break down the bike to use for absolutely free and use it however they like. A Benefit to support consumers and communities would be that they are convenient in the city where traveling by car is morely supported than bike riding, for example, in san Francisco, as shown in the video. These are some of the benefits/disadvantages posed by the dockless bike-sharing.
