When analyzing in the define and Measure phases, I have had to provide clarity on the problem’s scope and collect data that is relevant and enhance my ability to analyze effectively. 2.
In what ways do you feel you need additional information to analyze appropriately?
When it comes to what ways I feel that I need additional information to analyze appropriately it would be particularly factoring in the stakeholder’s perspective as well as organizational context. I would need feedback from the
stakeholders as well as insight into the organizational culture as well as communication patterns and leadership dynamics. That would be valuable for
gaining A comprehensive understanding of both the conflict and identifying appropriate solutions.

What is essential about clarity of expectations in an organization, and what happens if that clarity of expectations is not present?
Clear expectations inside an organization are very critical for being able to ensure productivity and accountability. Without any type of clarity when it comes to expectations there will be confusion as well as frustration and conflicts may occur which can ultimately lead to a decrease in motivation as well as productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.

What are "Five Whys" that you would recommend asking your organization's stakeholders (or to the stakeholders of the Garden Depot) to determine some solutions to the conflict?
