REFLECTION Abstract
Criminal justice administration did not exist as we know it in terms of police agencies, correctional institutions, prosecution offices and courts until the twenty-first century. The administration of justice organizations focuses on the ideals of having justice for all citizens while maintaining the peace of the public and effectively enforcing the law. Depending on the different views’ individuals have determines in what way each individual perceives the criminal justice system. Early administrative roles were not as we see them today as well, the roles in which we see as law enforcement today were not always perceived as the same roles as they were previously. This shows the ever-changing environments in which the administration of justice organizations navigates around to motivate memberships within the organization and inspire change to transpire within the administration of justice.

REFLECTION Administration of Justice Organizations Worldview
In today’s society the administration of justice organizations faces many different challenges due to the nature of our ever-changing environment. “Organizations hinge on three important issues of structure, purpose, and activity.” (Stojkovic, Kalinich, & Klofas, 2015) In order to be able to make these decisions in order to ensure the safety of all of those individuals involved in an organization, management, and other leaders of these organizations to spearhead these tough decisions. “ Within the administration of Justice Organizations there are shared values and beliefs that shape the actions and behaviors of everyday life of the group, or worldview. “ (Ahimsa-Putra & Sartini, 2017) Management and leadership roles need to remain diligent within the rapidly changing environment of our society unless the organization could end up failing the community that it is serving. To create a successful organization, it takes trust between the community and its shareholders, members of the organization to be committed to the mission statement they are trying to follow as well as understanding the rapidly evolving environment our society resides in. Administration of Justice: Leadership, Organizational Models, and Theory
Clear mission statements and visions allows for organizations to provide a clear direction in which they would like to serve and give direction to which the organization would stand for. “Mission statements develop a strategy and framework that the organization would use in order to make decisions to support the mission. “ (Dooley, 2019) By having a direction in which the organization is striving to move towards, allows for an understanding of goals and values to be set within the members of each organization, this is done through policies and procedures that remain consistent with the mission statement of that organization. The textbook stated that organizations are always interacting within their environment, or the demands of the

REFLECTION stakeholders in the local population. By creating connections with others and acting on the changes that are needed to be able to meet the demands imposed by society. Administration of justice organizations face both internal and external factors that impact the criminal justice system. These include instances when there is an uproar of public demand for the organization to
reform, an example of this would be the recent tragedies of police brutality that has occurred over the past few years. By having a major outcry of citizens demanding for the reform of police,
it has led as an opportunity for the organizations to fix the issues that allowed for this brutality to
occur in the first place. Personal Worldview in the Context of the Administration of Justice Each individual person has a different idea on what they see as their own worldview. The way someone is raised, the environment they grew up in and the influences their peers and family members have on them influence their worldviews, which makes it so unique to each person. I personally view the administration of justice organizations as a learning opportunity. Everything in life is a learning opportunity, we are all humans that inherently make mistakes so there is always room to learn and grow from those mistakes, this same philosophy works for the administration of justice organizations. Any factor can disrupt the flow in which an established organization is working at, but the ability for the organization to clearly communicate and follow
in steps to improve the mistakes that have occurred is how to stay on top of everything and evolve with the ever-changing environment. By even showing compassion to other who have made these mistakes, like God has intended for us allows for growth and compassion of the understanding that we are all God’s children and therefore we all deserve his love especially when mistakes are made. Jesus showed compassion, grace, and love in all he set forth to do, which I believe is the stepping stones we all should follow in when navigating through mistakes

REFLECTION that we will inherently make as humans. Conclusion Regardless of the various internal and external factors that have the potential to affect the administration of justice organizations, there will always be means in which improvement could occur to benefit the organizations in the long run. By having strong leadership within the various organizations, it can provide the mission statement to remain in a clear light, to efficiently establish policies and procedures to implement into the organization. Doing this would allow for clarity on what is going on within the organization to both the members and the public which would provide clear communication between all parties involved. By having an open line of communication, especially in an environment that is forever changing, will allow the administration to move towards the clear goals that are set for justice and fairness for all parties involved.
