Workplace Assessment Assessment Overview This workplace assessment requires you to coordinate the recruitment, selection and induction process on at least four occasions. This assessment is divided into six tasks: Task 1: Prepare for Recruitment Task 2: Advertise for Positions Task 3: Evaluate Applications Received Task 4: Conduct Selection Interviews Task 5: Make Employment Offers Task 6: Conduct Induction Programs You are required to complete the assessment tasks in a business operation or activity where new staff members are recruited, selected and inducted. Selection criteria for recruitment needs prepared in Workplace Assessment Task 1 . Organisational policies for recruitment and selection. 2. Review at least three applications received for each position advertised in Workplace Assessment Task 2 3. Identify at least two deficiencies in applications received across all positions. 4. Resolve identified deficiencies. 5. Shortlist at least two applicants for each open position based on approved selection criteria from Workplace Assessment Task 1 .
