Introduction Pursuing a career while going to school in any field at once can be a daunting task for anyone. Being able to dedicate time to work and go to school can be challenging when it comes to making the most of one’s time. Identifying priorities and goals can be the key to success when maximizing overall time efficiency. When this time is delegated properly, and harmonious relationships are formed between work, school and life, it can be considered a healthy work-life balance. When an individual can consciously manage time and energy in the direction of positive priorities it can aid in self-care can well-being. Balancing work and education can be stressful. Finding a healthy work-life balance is essential for maintaining good physical and mental health. When individuals can appraise their work and school obligations in a manageable manner, they will be more satisfied with their results. Individuals need to address their mindset when considering academic work-life balance. Working long hours and meeting deadlines can cause feelings of stress and anxiety. These feelings can lead to long-term effects of mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion. However, achieving a healthy school and work-life balance will improve wellbeing and will result in better focus and work productivity. Many areas of research have been dedicated to finding an easy way to achieve this balance. Recent research shows that AI platforms can identify necessary tools to save individuals time, leading them to a healthy work-life balance. AI can automatically register tasks, optimize scheduling, prioritize administrative duties, and provide reminders to ensure that no job is left undone. AI can aid its users in allocating more time to deadlines making each one easier to meet. Search
“work-life balance” + “agile methodology” + “success” “learning” + “routine” + “digital transformation” “online learning” + “agile methodology” + “success” “online education” + “balance” + “role expansion” “remote education” + “work-life balance” + “happiness” “remote academia” + “agile methodology” + “success” The key searches done in these studies found remarkable results in productivity, quality, success, and opportunity. These are the key search words to navigate challenges and embrace the opportunities that come with a healthy work-life balance. However, when researching the best results, it is important to avoid phrases such as happiness, routine, and satisfaction. These words can confuse the individual trying to prioritize their time accordingly. The confusion these words can portray is hard and confusing to interpret as a person. Finding happiness is different in terms of finding a good work-life balance. An individual, for example, can find happiness in spending most of their time shopping, but if their funds do not support this happiness, it can lead an individual to bankruptcy. When an individual finds themselves with any routine, it is very hard to change in terms of goal seeking. Overall, this can lead to an individual finding a temporary work-life balance, but when times change, so does the routine. Lastly, when an individual finds satisfaction, it can be in terms of many different things. This can be a term to avoid because satisfaction is very broad. Satisfaction can sometimes get in the way of success. These terms could be thought of as positive attributions to work-life balance, however, can cause a lot of confusion when finding the right path to a healthy, work-life balance. Theories, Seminal Works, & Research Findings Pertinent Findings The duration of this research has outlined the impacts of AI on online learning, Aysia, methodology, and work life balance.

Available from ProQuest Central; ProQuest Central; ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global. (2878187310) this article outlined structure included but was not limited to: An Introduction to Work life balance AI effects on Work-Life Balance AI programs designed to benefit Work–Life Balance AI needs in Work-Life Balance Measures, Control Variables, Analyses, Results Theoretical Contributions Limitations of AI for Future Research Conclusions “The study concludes that Al has the potential to improve project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and decision-making but also highlights the need for project managers to address the ethical and social implications of AI. Overall, this dissertation offers a comprehensive analysis of the intersection of Al and project management, providing valuable insights for practitioners and researchers.” (Nagireddy 2023) Description: Spillover Theory This theory gives a great set great set up for what is required for a balance between personal and professional life. This theory was used to help frame the outline for this research topic allowing individuals multiple opportunities and ideas to improve their work-life balance. The theory provided direction for single independents, individuals with family members, and working classes. The spillover theory led to further research on this topic and could be expanded for large sample sizes. This theory is based on the data provided in these seminal works cited.
The resources gave their audience templates, tips, and suggestions to make the most of their time and effort. The spillover theory focuses on different types of software being created for AI to be a useful tool. With that being said, the methodology that best fits, this research is agile. With this type of development, AI can focus on creating software on a need-to-need basis, be able to collaborate with their customers often, and be open to changes with time. This is the most beneficial methodology because it can be beneficial for projects that are complex and may have uncertain requirements. Relevant Seminal Work The understanding of this relevant theory has become so vast when looking at the overview of the data mentioned. There is so much information that is involved in a healthy work- life balance. Being able to break up what is important and put it into sections can help a person find out what is best for their lifestyle. Choosing to add AI to this vast study has allowed the data to condense into easier-understood assignments. Data that showed the employees who adopted AI worked significantly higher levels while maintaining a better work-life balance. Being able to identify how an individual can, overcome desires over needs can be based upon Maslow's hierarchy of needs. This allows an individual to identify a priority over a passion. Observation and Analysis of Predominate Methodology With agile methodology and AI working together for the success of an individual, there is a consistent focus on improvement. By adopting this methodology individuals can increase transparency when addressing their positive priorities and requirements. This method was able to execute more exploratory and quantitative data. When working with an online platform, it is easy to Internet information on a spreadsheet or do survey online to provide the data needed. When
discussing AI-powered analytics, agile, methodologies can be used to aid in optimization. When using agile methodology, researchers can research quantitative data. This type of methodology will allow AI to uncover patterns for success and provide actionable insights for enhancing work-life balance. Agile principles allow an individual to find an outstanding balance between their professional and personal life by promoting sustainable development. Summary Knowledge Gaps Upon research, the only recognizable gap that was seen was how novice AI is with online usage for work-life balance. These programs are new and are still being developed, so researching their effects is hard when the actual platforms themselves are being researched and constantly improving. Retrospective Researching this topic was very interesting from a certain point of view. It is very relatable when it comes to online school, work, and family matters. Many who participated in this research are familiar with this trifecta. A few of the learners who provided new information or gave a new idea that allowed me to expand this research were Anelia Nagaraj and Ahem Rennie. Anelia provided different ideas for different methodologies. She mentioned the spillover theory a lot throughout her research. This was a different idea than what was currently being researched so it made me think outside the box on the topics that I was writing about. Ahmen defined the importance of qualitative data and provided examples such as surveys. When doing research, these two students gave new ideas and fresh takes on information not provided. When

The neuropsychologist theory for this article was important for individuals to recognize what is considered a positive priority. By noting that they can identify the negative priorities can alter their mental health. When individuals are managing school, work, and self- wellness, working towards a goal should never become overwhelming. Being able to be the best individual can give a sense of validation, even if it's not what is fully expected. This can be approved by the way AI can sort and retain information so that an individual does not have to. It can give them more time to focus on other activities outside of work in school. And I can be very important for this theory when it comes to having a multitasked lifestyle. The article stresses the importance of taking care of an individual so that they can be the best for everyone that surrounds them. Nagireddy, S. R. (2023).
