Discussion Reply Summary The discussion explains how to properly implement a strategy. The management team is focused on converting strategic goals into concrete steps and positive results. According to Gamble et al. (2020), strategy execution necessitates the participation of the entire management team, not simply a few top executives. Three sorts of actions are required to create an organization capable of effective plan execution. This entails attracting and retaining employees with the requisite experience, technical skills, and intellectual capital, according to Gamble et al. (2020). Establishing an organizational structure that aligns power and reporting relationships with goals is also necessary for the development of an organization. Examine present policies and procedures, change or delete those that are out of date, and create new ones. Create and deploy information and operational systems that enable employees to do key tasks. Response I agree with the assertion that participation with the entire management team is necessary, but it is the top executives who must have the faith to back it and drive it through (Devlin, 1989). Without the backing of senior leadership, and strategy is doomed to failure. While this is necessary, it is only the beginning of the overall process for creating a lasting organizational structure and strategy implementation. You start with the actions of senior leaders which influence the implementation process, then the conditions must be favorable for implantation effectiveness, and finally the underlying dynamic managerial capabilities to create the best possible outcomes through a combination of enacting appropriate managerial actions these
