Introduction Mental health is the psychological functioning process of the nervous system and the brain. Mental wealth is the process of controlling the brain in every situation. Mental wealth relies on the success rate of utilizing the communication of the brain as well as the nervous system at every point in time. During the start of the professional carrier, it is very important to control mental wealth to get long-term success. It is important to develop strong mental wealth to get intelligent productivity in our professional carrier and it will also improve mental health conditions. In this reflection report, it is required to discuss how the emotions covered in the course will benefit me to improve my mental health competency, then it is required to analyze the skills. It is also required to discuss the plan of action to show how these skills will benefit our professional life. Gibbs reflective cycle Description There are several courses available on the LinkedIn to increase the industry connection. Linkedin is an online platform where I can learn and increase my software knowledge, technological knowledge as well as creative skills to improve my professional skill as well as a personal skill. On Linkedin, I found that the industrial connection course is a top-quality skill which help my professional career ( Wirth et al , 2019 ). During this course, I have learnt about digital proficiency. Effective engagement in the digital world is measured by the term digital proficiency. This course will me how to use different digital aspects in my professional life. This course will make me digitally educated so that I can sustain myself in the digital world. After the pandemic situation which was caused by the outbreak of COVID-19, digitalization in the workplace has become normal. Most of the company has to start a "work from home" facility due to the lockdown effect. The work from home is a step forward in digitalization. In this course, I have learnt how to use several digital tools like Microsoft Team, Microsoft Office, and Google meets for the purpose of staying connected with coworkers ( Pearce et al , 2019 ). This course has educated me on how to send and compose mail and create an account in Microsoft Team, and Google Meet. I have learnt a lot about the virtual world from this course. I have also learnt how to use and access Microsoft Office 365. The course has also taught me how to access the website securely. The course also provides me with a basic knowledge of data hacking so that I can be aware of data hacking. Emotional intelligence in this course has taught me how effectively I can demonstrate, perceive, interpret, evaluate as well as control my emotion in the workplace. It is very important to control emotions in the workplace ( Giorgi et al , 2020 ). The emotional intelligence course will also be taught me to respond to, understand as well as interpret the emotions of other colleagues in the workplace. The knowledge of social intelligence is the capacity to know others in the workplace. The course in physical intelligence will help me to stay fit so that I can show my best productivity in the workplace. Cultural intelligence defines how effectively the body and the heart coordinate with each other. The cultural effectiveness course taught me how I can relate as well as work in an effective way across all cultures. The industry connection course has taught me to stray connected with the industry to get all the latest updates about the work industry. The cognitive intelligence course is the ability to increase the thinking capacity of kine in any situation. It will help me to think positively in every situation. This course provides all the details about entrepreneurship as well as enterprise. 3

Feeling From this course, I learnt that the present work life is changing rapidly. This is the era of digitization ( Guzmán et al , 2020 ). In this era of digitalization, the introduction of artificial intelligence as well as machine learning will huge impact on the job market. So, I have to stay updated on every circumstance in my job life. For this reason, I have to boost my soft skills such as emotional intelligence, cognitive thinking ability, power of critical thinking as well as reliance ability. I have to increase my practical skill of development to get updated in every situation. I have to increase my digital proficiency so that I can adapt to every situation. It is very important for me to learn digital competency courses for the reason of staying connected with the industry every time. Degrees are the core of our education the soft skills ls are of professional life. The soft skills will boost my final qualification of mine. "The Millennium Mills Redevelopment" Group Project Work" is a group project work where I can job as an engineer. This module will be a huge opportunity for me. Evaluation This course will help to understand professionalism as well as the work environment in the office ( Bowie et al , 2020 ). I can meet up all the expectations after learning this following course. I need to learn business etiquette to understand and sustain myself in the professional world. Analysis This course will help me to stay connected in the digital world. The workplace culture is changing in a rapid way. I can remain accustomed to modern digital technologies. It will help me at the time of my interview in any company. I can be able to show this degree which will be advantageous for me to get a job. It is very important to get networking knowledge for professional knowledge. Networking skills will help me to create professional contacts so that I can connect with the websites where the updates related to the jobs are provided. Networking skills will open the door to the best opportunities. I can increase my self-confidence by interacting more professionally which is a part of networking. This course of networking will help increase my communication skills ( Ra et al , 2019 ). It will help me to interact as well as communicate with others so that I will be able to show my potential. My vertical ability of communication will also increase from this course. This will improve my power of pitch. This course will increase my commercial awareness. After the completion of this course, I read the business newspaper to stay connected with the business news. This will boost my mental awareness of the companies. This course will help me at the time of my interview with any company. The softer skills which I got treatment from this course will be hugely advantageous for me at the time of the interview session. I will be able to show my digital proficiency, social intelligence, emotional intelligence cognitive intelligence, physical intelligence as well as cultural intelligence. My industry connection will help me during the interview. I can stay ahead of other candidates as my communication skill as well as verbal knowledge is excellent as I completed this course. The workplace etiquette will set my professional tone. It will help to develop a good first impression in front of the interviewer. This course also taught me about the dress code in the workplace ( Kim, 2020 ). I will avoid gossiping at the workplace as well as stop the spreading of negativity in the workplace. This will develop my positive impression in the workplace. Conclusion Strong mental wealth competency will help to utilize the professional learning employability skill and education in our professional life. It will help us to react in every situation in our job 4
life and it will also be taught how to utilize the softer skills as per the demand of the situation. There are three courses done to develop mental health competency. UEL giveback It is important for me to engage in the in- house activity such as learning from the other students as well as providing mentorship, and becoming a student representative. I must provide service to other UEL departments. Assessment planning Structure a comprehensive assessment. 5

I will be able to stay updated after the completion of this course. Conclusion With the help of this industry connection course, I can stay connected with the all changes in the industry in terms of digitization.
