Explain the value of analyzing organizational behavior from the individual, group, and organizational perspective. What do you think is the benefit of understanding these three perspectives and their impact on organizational behavior overall? I agree that analyzing induvial behavior to determine if your team all-around performance is an asset to an organization. If your team is positive it allows the organization to run smooth, but if you have negative performers then your organization has some cracks in the foundation. When I was managing when there were negative performers then it not only affected the individual but also the group dynamic of the organization. I agree with you about having a solid corporate culture. If your corporate behavior is positive and collaborates then it is very easy to assist in running their organization. Did you find individual, group or corporate behavior in your company? Was it difficult to identify? My company had a lot of policies, workshops, and plans to help identify these behaviors. How about your company?
