Overview of Organizational Experience
In my organizational experience, I am positioned within the renowned multinational
technology and e-commerce giant, Amazon. This setting provides a dynamic backdrop for
exploring organizational behavior topics at multiple levels, from individual dynamics to macro-
level challenges. My role within the organization is that of a Sales Manager, responsible for
formulating and executing strategic sales plans to contribute to Amazon's continued growth and
market dominance.
As a Sales Manager, I play a crucial role in aligning individual and group dynamics
within the organization. My responsibilities involve effective communication, motivation,
conflict resolution, and leadership. Amazon, being a leader in the tech and e-commerce industry,
offers a rich and complex environment for understanding organizational behavior in a global
context. This experience is ongoing, allowing for continuous learning and deepening insights
into organizational nuances.

I chose to explore the topics of Motivation at the individual (micro) level and 21st-
century challenges at the macro level within the organizational context.
