Responses Hi Ryan, I enjoyed reading your discussion post this week. Getting to know your team is crucial for effective leadership. When leaders or anyone, in general, take the time to listen and understand another person’s strengths, weaknesses, goals, needs, etc., it shows that you care, and it builds trust within the team. Also, praising accomplishments and providing constructive feedback are essential in leadership. It creates motivation and increases confidence. Providing constructive feedback helps not only the leader but also the team members to grow personally and professionally. By openly communicating improvement areas, the team can contribute to its overall success. As a leader, our actions and attitudes set the tone for the entire team. Knowing your team members, appreciating them, and showing that you value them creates a more positive and productive work environment. Keep up the good work!
