Ensure each explanation includes a brief description of each step. Steps of the Decision- Making Process How Each Step is Done When Facilitating Continuous Improvement a. Identify the decision to be made Prior to making a choice, firstly identify the issue or question that needs to be resolved. Make the choice very clear. b. Gather relevant information Once the decision is identified, its time to collect the information relevant to that choice. Make an internal assessment to see where the company has excelled and where it has fallen short in relation to the choice. Additionally, look for information from outside sources, such as market research, studies, and, in some situations, expert opinion from paid consultants. c. Identify the options Determine potential solutions to the problem now that have the necessary facts at the disposal. When attempting to achieve a goal, there are typically multiple options to take into account. d. Evaluate the evidence When there are number of possibilities, weigh the facts in favour of or against each one. Examine what businesses in the past did to achieve success in these areas, and pay close attention to the successes and failures of the company.
e. Choose among the options After weighing all the evidence, be ready to select the alternative that looks the best one. A combination of options can also be chosen. f. Take action Once the decision is made, act on it. A project plan can be developed and then assigned to the team. g. Review your decision In this final step, take into account the results of the decision and see if it has helped to resolve the need that has been identified in Step 1. If the solution does not meet the identified need, Certain steps can be repeated in the process to make a new decision. Bounce Fitness follows established policies and procedures when facilitating continuous improvement for systems and processes. Maintenance of Digital System: Once business information is created, it must be saved into a corresponding folder related to its purpose and designation. All filenames follow the following format: [Date Saved (DD-MM-YYYY)]-[Document Title] Files must be saved under corresponding to the project and/or business function the information supports. Sub-folders may be made in accordance with need for organisation and efficiency. All relevant personnel must be notified of recorded information in the database. B. Decision-Making Processes i. Outline at least one policy statement relevant to decision-making processes. The purpose of staff meetings is to communicate and discuss decisions made by management with regard to the operation of the organization. ii. Outline at least one set of procedures in Bounce Fitness relevant to decision- making processes. Include the title for each set of procedures. Chairing Meetings: A roster of minute-takers must be in place across teams/departments. For general meetings, the minute-taker will be assigned by the head of each team/department. Minute-takers must have a copy of the agenda prior to the meeting and must be briefed prior to the meeting. Motions and resolutions must be documented in verbatim by the minute-taker in a formal meeting. Upon completion of the meeting; the Manager will review the Minutes taken down by the minute taker while referring to the meeting agenda. If necessary, the manager will re-write the minutes to edit by correcting grammar and spelling errors, and to ensure they accurately reflect the meeting events. Accuracy of topics discussed, timeframes observed, and outcomes achieved will also be checked. C. Continuous Improvement Systems i. Outline at least one policy statement relevant to continuous improvement systems.

The business uses this system to quickly communicate changes or improvements made during continuous improvement to specific individuals. The system stores information about the organization's structure and how it can be improved so that it can be done again and again. b. Performance Management System Performance Management Systems monitor the performance of an organization and its employees. Business uses this system to review three areas - functions, activities, and information systems - in order to help determine ways to improve planning and operations.
