Case Study 1 Directions 1. Be sure that you have read Chapter 6 School Discipline in the Principal's Quick-Reference Guide to School Law. 2. What should the Principal's course of action be? Be sure to address the Issues of Due Process [Substantive and Procedural] and the Standards of Arbitrary and Capricious. 3. Address the 4 Ethical Paradigms as they relate [or not] to this case. These can be found in the document The Role of the Principal which is in the Materials folder on the main menu. 4. Create, as a Team, a short Power Point Presentation that addresses numbers 2 and 3 above. You will have 15- 30 minutes to present at our weekly Zoom Session. 5. After our Zoom Session, write and submit a half to a page written reflection of your experience throughout the Case Study Process.
