There is not a legal contract, they gave Stan $100 to hold the vehicle and there did not obtain a receipt so it would be their world against his when seeking legal assistance.

The both needed to agree
Ex: Acceptance, they dd not agree to buy this vehicle they decided on another vehicle. Acceptance is
the agreement from both parties.
EX: Contract legally binding between to parties, they did not agree to purchase this vehicle, they only put down for a down deposit to hold this vehicle. You have to have a contract in in place it’s very important it because it sets out the term of the agreement. Business Law Template 1

Determine and discuss the facts from the scenario below:
They did not enter a contract, they only paid for Stan to hold he vehicle for them. They agreed to give Stan 100 deposit to hold the car for one day, he did give a receipt but he guaranteed he will them the money will be refundable.
A consideration is what forms the contract, for instance a job contract, I consider the offer, I’m the promisee and my employer is the promisor. I accept the offer and the employer consideration is the job.

PART 3: Case Judgment
Task
Based on the facts in Part 2, decide whether or not there was a contract for the purchase of the automobile.

Make a judgment on the case and defend your decision below:
I feel they should b able to get their deposit back, but they were not provided a receipt. Stan feel as if they contracted the vehicle but I don’t understand why when they never signed a contract. I think you should always get something in writing when doing ant kind of business. In this passage it never stated anything about them signing a contract. As an attorney I would let them know I can only give legal advise and advise them to get something in wring the next time.
