The incident involved the Cascade school meeting where the principal
Dana of Cascade Peak School, met with an education support group.
Principal Dana got an urgent call to attend and had to leave, calling the
support group to resolve the issues and bring the meeting to a close. The
computer dana principal was using was left unlocked, which included all
confidential information of the school. as a rule, no staff member can
access another member’s account unless they are given permission to do
so. Mary Lambert, one of the education supervisors, did not abide by the
rules and, wondering what supervisors thought of her, wanted to sneak a
peak into the Dana Principal account. She even compels other education
members to sneak peek into the account to check their records. The next
day I overheard Janna and Mary exploring what they found in the principal
office regarding their behaviour. It is a part of Cascade peak school
policies to report to supervising teacher or principal in case of any brash
violations. Hence, the mail is directed towards it pointing at this breach as
per the Privacy act.
The legislation requires confidentiality to be maintained of all data. When
the principal had to leave after an urgent call, her computer was left
unlocked. One of the teachers breached this Act by entering the
confidential data in the central computer to access the teacher's reports.
This is a complete violating of the Privacy act, and the teachers must have
some actions taken.

A class activity for grade 4 required certain activities to be conducted which required audio
and projector for the purpose.
A DVD was connected to the projector, but the audio was
audible, and the video was banal. The display had nothing shown on the projector screen.
The basic troubleshoot involved restating the entire system did not work neither did re-
plugging the entire system of the projector work to any avail. Hence, a repair request has
been sent by filing the Repair Request Form. Hence, the error seems to be in the projector
display and the request to amend the issue has been requested at the earliest.

English. Jade is also shy and tends to be quiet in break times. Jade is of the view that the co-
workers are harsh and aggressive when they talk to her, and she feels bullied. When other
staff members need favour Jade willingly gives it, even if she is reluctant. This is a huge issue
and causes several problems in the smooth functioning of the school.
Firstly, due to lack of communication within the staff room premises, there will be problems
in the smooth running of the education system as all activities and classes in every grade by
different teachers need to be well-coordinated.
secondly, the inability to accept Jade from a different background is a problem and others
reluctant to accept her.
Thirdly the discrimination towards Jade can lead to her leaving the workplace and the school
will lose a skilled employee.
The impact that the social and cultural diversity will have been in this scenario. It will bring
dysfunctional conflicts among education members, degrade overall productivity, and give
more difficulties in working as a collaborative team in group settings.
To resolve the issue, it is a must that the education support group has a counselling sessions
workshop to inculcate was to cope with cultural and social diversity in the workplace.
Secondly, the Organisations must bring more people from diverse backgrounds to promote
diversity in the workplace.
