The research is proposed to uncover the factors behind ‘Financial Corruption under
International Business Law’.The effect of financial corruption on business laws shows
that some organizations pay bribes for earning the benefits, others can be unwilling
for doing so. Therefore, corruption weakens the competition as the organizations
which refuse to give bribe can likely be implemented through the market. The
qualitative research methodology has been adopted to identify the methods that can
resolve the research issues.
Further Elaboration of the Proposal

The researchers are going to investigate the causes of the financial corruption, legal
structure of business laws, initiatives taken by the European council, and impact of
financial corruption on the international business. The research will also analyze who
is the victim of corruption and shareholder lawsuits. The recommendations and
conclusion will be provided based upon the studies of corruption practices in
international business laws
(Blakyta and Ganushchak, 2018).
Based upon the research journals, it has been summarized that the financial
corruption disrupts the democracy, economy and financial stability of the nation. It is
usually practiced through the individuals who are in the position to make illegal and
dishonest commitments with the associated bodies. In short it is identified that almost
90 percent of the nation’s experience issues related to the financial instability in the
business laws.

The qualitative research methodology is conducted for the elaboration of the definite
strategy for collecting the evidence, consisting of the essential data collection
methods for being utilized, the types of evidence for being collected, as well as the
approach for analysing the evidence. This is the way to solve the problem of
research. Thus this should be planned as per the objectives of the research. The
research design utilized in the research is qualitative.

), the financial corruption states while there occurred a violation
and deviation in the financial rules which are conducted through the state in diverse
financial organizations, offices and multinational organizations.
Based upon the
recent debates, it can be seen in form of nepotism in the recruitments, bribes as well
as illegally bridge of the taxes. Earn profit through the job, breach and inconsistency,
fraud, bribery, and embezzlement are some types of corruption. Embezzlement is the
property robbed credulously through breaching the belief of owner. The fraud offering
the false data. The bribery in this category, money is provided of instead of the
particular preferential treatment. Some people gain profit through making fake
commitments on providing jobs to the fresher candidates.
