Gives an example of a framework to prioritize or demonstrably shares an experience of prioritizing technical projects based on urgency and complexity. Fair: Tries to answer the question. Gives an explanation and reasoning on how technical projects can be prioritized, but misses a few elements in the explanation. They don’t give any examples or methodologies to explain their answers. Poor: The candidate fails to answer the questions and answers theoretically rather than understanding the question well. 3.
