Scenario: You've been tasked by your IT department to set up a virtual environment for testing new applications. This requires the installation of a Type 2 Hypervisor, and for extra credit, a Linux OS. Your objective is to install VirtualBox, set up a Linux virtual machine,
and familiarize yourself with basic Linux commands.
Part 1: Hypervisor Installation
