Genicon is looking to expand internationally and is considering Brazil, Russia, India and China as potential opportunities. You are to identify 10 quantitative measures and 10 qualitative measures on which to compare the four countries. For purposes of this assignment, you are expected to do research outside of the case and provide the most recent data available. If you are unable to find recent data, you may use data from the case. You are to provide a maximum one-page memo to Genicon on your recommendation for the first market entry. Your memo should identify clear rationale for your selection based on the comparative data you collected. Your data should be presented in table format as an exhibit to the memo.
