Seminar 4 Microsoft Word Everardo Martinez In the seminar we have reviewed the discussion post for Unit 4 and the continuation of MS word. This unit introduces Tables, Graphics, and the usage of Hyperlinks. In the insert tab we can select the number of columns and rows, and in graphics we can also use the insert tab and pu a picture in our documents, I also discovered something new to me, like 3D models(moving the model to what ever positions in a 360 view). Also never even heard of SmartArt, which is the usage of already created tables, charts, diagrams. We can also insert a hyperlink by right clicking then selecting “link”, from there we can select an existing file or a web address at the bottom of a drop down menu as long as I have a URL. Then we reviewed the specific instructions outside of LabSim in MS Word, by using various tools for creating an event flyer.
