Differentiated Instruction · Students with Disabilities (SWD) o If needed, modify the activity according to the IEP goals or needs. Have paraprofessionals utilize assistive tools or manipulatives to support students with needs. o Allow additional time or decrease number of cascading tasks for student to feel like he/she finished within the allotted time frame. · English Language Learners (ELL) o English learner may have difficulty spelling using phonemes. An anchor chart of letter name to letter sound should be provided.
