What does it mean for the future of the political-economic landscape and relations? The Technopolar Moment is a period of rapid technological change in which digital technologies are increasingly central to the functioning of national economies and international trade. This shift is driven by advances in information technology and telecommunications, which have enabled companies to operate worldwide with increased efficiency while creating new opportunities for consumers to connect online. This shift has both positive and negative effects on countries' economies. On the one hand, technologies such as digital networks allow companies to operate with greater speed and efficiency than ever before, allowing them to expand rapidly at lower costs than before. On the other hand, these same technologies make it easier for people around the world to access information about products or services from anywhere in the world—which can lead to higher prices for goods or services when supply increases faster than demand does (which is usually true) (Bremmer, 2) . Ian argues that although there may be some benefits associated with being connected through digital technology, such as increased access to information The article by Joseph looks at some of the challenges companies face when dealing with cyber-attacks and how they can use new technologies to their advantage. The author describes
how technology has been changing the way people communicate and interact with each other, which has led to an increase in cybercrime and hacking. While it may seem like these crimes are just getting worse, there are steps that companies can take to protect themselves from attacks. According to Nye's research, even though many nations have embraced digital technologies, they are still at risk of losing ground to other nations that are more agile in using new technologies. As a result, he recommends that countries seek ways to help them compete with other nations that may have more advanced digital economies. One example is using biometrics for authentication purposes; this helps prevent unauthorized access to systems by using face recognition software or fingerprint scanners on smartphones or computers (Nye Jr, 3) . With the rise of networked communication comes more freedom for individuals but also greater power for groups." For example, online platforms like Facebook allow users to share information about their personal lives very easily The authors discuss how these changes are opening up new opportunities for people in countries that are pursuing economic growth, especially in developing nations like China. They also note that this growth happens when many other countries struggle economically. The authors point out that while some countries may be struggling with small amounts of cyber- crime, they are still able to find ways to use technology to their advantage when it comes to economic growth on a global scale (Gordon, 4) . The authors also note that while some countries may struggle with small amounts of cyber-crime, they can still find ways to use technology.
