I need to keep up with the latest findings in the field of education, think critically about my students' learning, and use these insights to improve my methods of instruction.

Know and understand literacy and numeracy teaching strategies and their application in teaching areas. -
I just know a surface level of literacy and numeracy instruction methods. If I want to deliver information successfully, I need to hone my skills in these areas.

Plan, structure and sequence learning programs: Plan lesson sequences using knowledge of student
learning, content and effective teaching strategies. I have little practical expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive educational plans. As such, I see the need of developing my current abilities further.

I lack of familiarity with the value and importance of giving students timely and suitable feedback. This is a talent I need to work on improving.

Demonstrate knowledge of teaching strategies that are responsive to the learning strengths and needs of students from diverse linguistic, cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. -
I understand the significance of adapting my methods of instruction to meet the linguistic, cultural, religious, and socioeconomic requirements
of my students. However, I have not had the chance to create and successfully utilize these tactics due to my lack of practical expertise in this area.
