Hello All,
My name is Antonio Gutierrez and I'm from San Bernardino, California. I'm currently
majoring in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Cybercrime. I am currently in my final term
now and hope to gain my bachelor's shortly in Criminal Justice with a concentration in
Cybercrime. I am a full-time student, taking care of my father who suffers from Parkinson’s
Disease. Unfortunately, I lost my mother due to COVID-19 roughly 2 years ago and yet it never
gets easy not having her here to witness my accomplishments so far.
My sole exposure to cybercrime investigations has been from my SNHU coursework but
I have taken advantage of the resources available to me and the general public when it comes to
understanding how one should protect themselves from becoming a victim of cybercrime and
have taken in all of the available resources that has been provided to us throughout coursework
and how to and asses cybercrime investigations. I believe that advancements in technology and
the ability to track down individuals open the gateway to addressing and locating potential
criminals and victims alike. Due to my lack of firsthand experience with cybercrime
investigations, I am eager to learn more and, ideally, become an expert in the field in order to
become a top-tier investigator.
