Through this email, I would like to let you know that I have made some changes in the Customer
Service Policy and Procedures in the email section. There are some additional guidelines regarding
the email communication.
I have attached the Revised Customer Service Policy and Procedures in this email so you can read it
through and the changes are implemented immediately.
Regarding the customer service, I have research on the internet about the customer service training
that can be held online for our staffs.

And we will conduct the online training of the Customer Service Excellence module for all our staffs. I
hope by doing this training it will help us to deliver excellence customer service to our customer.
The training will be done on May 1, 2020 at 9AM in our office.
