while studying Deck 3 of SAFMEDS for ABA 622. The acquisition acceleration data demonstrated an upward trend with low variability. The observed variability is thought to be associated with adapting to the 30-second timings and pre-
reading the chapters. The final acceleration data for the week reached a peak of 20, with the lowest point at 16 during baseline, indicating that the AIM has been achieved. It is anticipated that this achievement will persist as we progress through the deck. In Figure 3.1

is depicted. Fluency accel is exhibiting a consistent upward trend with no noticeable variability. The hypothesis is that this upward trend in fluency acceleration will persist into the following week. Additionally, Figure 3.1 displays my fluency decel, characterized by a low trend, and it is anticipated

that this trend will be maintained. At present, no adjustments are deemed necessary. Study Approach and Adjustments Antecedent My current study plan has proven effective for this week’s deck. The initial step involved setting a weekly target of achieving 14 accelerations within Deck 3. I have established a weekly reinforcer tied to meeting this goal by Saturday. The current reinforcement entails achieving my weekly acceleration goal by Saturday, I will treat myself to an afternoon free from studying and taking my dog Pretzel to the park or to Petco for some treats and toys (because seeing him happy makes me happy). Additionally, I study for 20 minutes five days a week, which involves reading through the deck, verbalizing the terms and definitions, and researching specific examples related to each definition.
Behavior
: On day 1 of a run day, I run one 30-second timing and enter that data point in Precision X. On days 2 through 5, I run five 30-second timings and enter the best data point into Precision X. For my fluency deck, I run three 30-second timings across 5 days. Data is analyzed for fluency following
a timing.
Consequence: Following my last timing, I enter the data into Precision X immediately. I am reviewing my results and During week 7, my objective was
to approach my AIM by week's end. I conducted trials at various times throughout the day, adjusting to a different work schedule. Despite the challenge of managing my time efficiently without a fixed trial and study schedule, I prioritized studying before conducting trials. Fortunately, I made significant progress and approached my goal of reaching the AIM. Additionally, I successfully maintained a low trend in my decel cards. I don't foresee any adjustments needed for my acquisition deck or study method, as
I believe I've found my rhythm.
Adjustments: No adjustments needed at this time.
