To revolutionize the education industry by providing an efficient and reliable textbook delivery
solution that surpasses the conventional waiting times, enabling students to access their required
textbooks promptly and effortlessly.
Narrative summary:
"The major question still stands as we work on developing our
college textbook delivery robot: Do the advantages outweigh the
possible drawbacks? Without a doubt, the answer is yes. Our robot
effectively meets the real demand for quick textbook distribution,
improving college students' educational experience.
In order to reduce risks such as supply chain disruptions, we have
proactively implemented resilient design features while navigating
the complexity of manufacturing and distribution. Priority one
when it comes to our tight budget is cost containment. If the
prototype proves to be more expensive than we can afford, we can
proceed more resource-efficiently by improving the conceptual
design.
Since time is of the essence, we have taken great effort to create a
timeline that has attainable milestones to demonstrate our
dedication to the project's success. Recognizing the constraints of
manpower, the strength of the project is ensured by our committed
team, who are motivated by a shared enthusiasm.
Careful planning and ongoing development are the cornerstones of
confidence in producing a high-quality prototype.
Finally, there is a strong business case for our college textbook
delivery robot in addition to its ethical basis. The combination of
market demand, cost control, strategic risk avoidance, and a
dedication to quality and deadlines sets up our business for success
in the marketplace."

Threats:
●
There is some competition with Starship. Although they have
food delivery robots, they could potentially have the idea to
extend it to textbook and bookstore items, though it’s unlikely.
●
Another threat to our company is that with our delivery robot

or would still prefer to go to the bookstore and wait in line to
get their books from the bookstore.
